Easter, Continued

It is traditional and familiar to draw our attention to Easter--this life defining encounter with the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Easter event is EASILY the most significant and defining event in human history!! Personally, that story and it's impact has found its way to New Orleans, La (or your particular address, when you heard the Gospel and were saved). It has traveled a great distance, it has crossed numerous cultures, it has spoken to many tribes, nations, and tongues. It has challenged man's philosophies, it has redefined man's morals, and it has proclaimed what is ultimate. In the days ahead (Later in April) we are going to begin a study of 1 Corinthians. If you will, we are going to live among the 1st Century Corinthians to come to better understand God's purpose in "Easter - Continued..." ...but before we stop off in Corinth, we are going to gather in some insights from the move of the Gospel beyond Jerusalem, around the Mediterranean Sea.
