Prayer is an absolutely indispensable part of our life as a church and has a role in supporting, sustaining, and enabling everything we do. No ministry can thrive without a posture of humble dependence upon God, and that kind of dependence is most clearly evidenced in the ministry of prayer. We have a vision to see every ministry and people-need in our local fellowship faithfully brought before God’s throne of grace through the ministry of intercession.
PRAYER MINISTRIES
Making sure that prayer does not get demoted in the functional life of the church can be a challenge. We seek to maintain and strengthen prayer ministry in these ways:

Sunday Morning Prayer On Sunday mornings at 8:00 we meet before School of the Word in Room 200 of the church building to pray for our Sunday Celebration service, the ministries of our church, and for our church body. For more information about this ministry, please contact the church office. |

Tuesday Morning Prayer On Tuesday mornings at 6:30 we meet in the foyer of the church building to pray for the various ministries of the church and the advancement of the Kingdom of God in New Orleans. Please email Frank Loria for more information about this ministry. |

Men's Prayer - Second Fridays at 6:30am Every second Friday of the month, the men of the church gather for a time of prayer. This meeting begins at 6:30am and is held in Room 200 at LCC. Please email Lester Coe for more information about this ministry. |

Women's Prayer - Fridays at 10:30am The Women of Prayer gather at the church building at 10:30a on the first Friday of the month. They also meet by phone on the other Fridays of the month. To connect with this ministry, please contact the church office. |
